Yes, the deposit is mandatory, and you won't be able to to enter the accommodation without it.

When you book your accommodation through the website, you will receive the day prior your arrival a deposit link. This link will lead you to our partner Stripe. We will make a direct debit authorization on your bank card.

No, you will not be charged, it is a simple bank imprint. Be careful, however, this imprint can impact your withdrawal limit, contact your bank if you need more information.

At the end of your stay, we will simply delete your bank imprint , we will never use your data for any other purposes.

All or part of the deposit may be withdrawn in the event of breakage and/or non-compliance with the regulations.​

Check-in is possible from 4 pm and check-out must be done by 10 am. However, we can arrange to change the check-in/check-out times if necessary.

Yes, everything is provided in the apartment to feel like home (towels, sheets, blankets, tea and coffee...), you just have to come with your luggage.

Yes the cleaning is included except for the dishes to wash and the garbage to take out when leaving.

Yes we will give you an invoice by email at the end of your stay.
Yes we apply a flexible booking policy as only cancellations 7 days before your arrival in the apartment are not refunded.

No, the parties are strictly forbidden. Guests are kindly requested to note that this apartment has strict house rules to prevent noise in order to respects the neighbours.

We love animals but unfortunately they are not allowed in the apartment for hygiene reasons.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
